I really enjoyed being there, the place is nice and exceptionally friendly.
I was happy with hotel's awesome location near many shops and restaurants. There was good choice of food for breakfast, it was great. King size bed was so exceptionally comfortable, and the room was separate. Location: the venue was just off the bistro and breakfast, business park, and Dublin for the 4th of July parade.

I loved the stunningly beautiful and lovely hotel.
Everything was clean and good. The room I had was beautiful with quality equipment and the staff was welcoming. The location was favourable, not too far away from Indian Run Falls.

The beds were very comfortable. The room size was good. It is located conveniently to the Columbus Zoo. The bistro served a very tasty breakfast. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay.
Pool maintenance could be better. Pool walls were dirty. Maintenance should be done when pool is closed to guests. However, my 5-year-old granddaughter and I were swimming one morning around 11 a.m. and the maintenance person came in and started filling up the "heated" pool with very cold water. I got out of the pool and told him the cold water was making the pool uncomfortable to swim in. He told me the water level was too low per industry standards and he only had cold water to fill it with. He also proceeded to dump bags of chemicals into the pool while we were in the pool. I have a pool at home and completely understand the necessity for proper maintenance but as a courtesy to guests, that type of maintenance should be done after the pool is closed for the day.

The accomodations were very clean and the price was great for the type of room we received.
The free breakfast that you would now expect compared to other hotel chains.

The beds were super soft and the room was more than I expected. It was clean, comfortable, and I enjoyed my over night stay all together.
The breakfast wasn't the best and the kids menu was limited and my kids were unsatifised with the choosings and the pool was extremely cold.

Great location for easy access to the Old Dublin area and the high school stadium---we were in Dublin for the 4th of July parade, concert and fireworks. Also easy access to major highways to German Town. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.
Very difficult to find. Tucked behind office building, lots of trees. You need a big, tall lighted sign visible from both east and westbound 270. We had to stop and ask directions to find the facility.
